Harvesting Cherries
All our fruit is grown in our own fruit plantations. Only this way we can determine the optimal harvest time in order to get a rich and full aroma for the distillate. And only this way we can ensure highest quality of our products.
We produce a number of different sorts:
- Cherries (sweet and sour)
- Greengage Plums
- Mirabels
- Prunes
- Chestnuts
- Apples - only old species
- Pears - only old species
